Five reasons to choose
10,800 FU.
Keep Doing More Of What Matters
Your cardiovascular system never gets a day off. Supporting healthy circulation is one way to invest in staying active, independent, and present for the people and experiences that matter most.
Give Your Arteries Daily Support
Nattokinase has been studied for its role in cardiovascular health, including healthy arterial function and circulation when used consistently as part of a daily routine.
Help Maintain Healthy Circulation
Healthy blood flow helps deliver oxygen and nutrients throughout your body. Elere provides 10,800 FU of nattokinase alongside complementary ingredients selected for cardiovascular support.
Support Key Cardiovascular Markers
Human research has examined nattokinase in connection with cardiovascular markers including blood pressure, lipid measures, and healthy circulatory function.
Make Heart Support A Daily Habit
Elere pairs 10,800 FU of nattokinase with enteric-coated softgels and complementary ingredients in a formula designed to fit easily into a consistent long-term routine.
7 purposeful ingredients.
One complete formula.
Nattokinase
The foundation of the formula. Derived from traditional Japanese natto, nattokinase supports the body's natural fibrinolytic processes that help maintain normal circulation and healthy blood flow.
Before you start,
here's what to know.
Straight answers to the questions we hear most about nattokinase, the formula, and making Elere part of your routine.
Please speak with your doctor before taking it. This is one situation where we don't recommend making the decision on your own.
Nattokinase supports normal fibrinolytic activity, so combining it with medications that affect blood clotting — including warfarin, Eliquis, Xarelto, Plavix, or daily aspirin — may increase bleeding risk. The same caution applies if you have a bleeding or clotting disorder or a history of DVT.
If you have surgery or a dental procedure coming up, discuss your supplements with your healthcare provider beforehand and follow their instructions about when to stop or restart them.
FU means fibrinolytic units. Instead of telling you how much the ingredient weighs, FU measures the enzyme's activity.
That's an important distinction. Two supplements can both contain nattokinase while delivering very different levels of enzyme activity.
Dose also matters when looking at the research. In a 12-month study involving 1,062 adults, researchers reported measurable changes in the markers they tracked among participants taking approximately 10,800 FU per day, while the 3,600 FU group did not show the same measurable change.
That's why Elere provides 10,800 FU in a full daily serving.
There isn't an honest one-size-fits-all answer.
Nattokinase isn't a stimulant or something designed to create an immediate sensation after you take it. Research measuring changes has generally followed people for months rather than days.
That's also why we don't think a one- or two-week trial tells you very much. Elere comes with a 90-day guarantee so you have meaningful time to make it part of your routine.
Nattokinase comes from natto, a fermented soybean food that has been part of the Japanese diet for generations. Human nattokinase research has also included studies lasting many months.
Long-term use is still something to discuss with your healthcare provider, particularly if you take prescription medication, use blood thinners or blood-pressure medication, or have an existing medical condition.
If your medications or health circumstances change, it's worth reviewing your supplement routine again with them.
Nattokinase originates from soybeans fermented with Bacillus subtilis. Processing can remove much of the soy protein, but that doesn't mean a soy-derived product should automatically be considered safe for everyone with a soy allergy.
If you have a known soy allergy — especially a severe one — please speak with your doctor or allergist before using Elere rather than taking an unnecessary risk.
An enteric coating is designed to remain intact in the acidic environment of the stomach and dissolve farther along in the digestive tract.
That's particularly relevant for an enzyme formula. Instead of focusing only on the FU number printed on the package, we wanted the delivery system to be part of the formula too. Elere therefore uses enteric-coated softgels with MCT oil.
The softgel system also contains gelatin, glycerin, purified water, yellow beeswax, and MCT oil from coconut. Contains Soy & Tree Nuts (coconut). Elere does not contain wheat, dairy, or gluten.
Choose Subscribe & Save and your next supply is automatically sent on the delivery schedule you select — 30, 90, or 150 days — while you save 20% on each subscription shipment.
You're not locked into that schedule. You can pause an order, skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel through your account whenever you need to.
Eligible orders are protected by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We ask that you give the product at least 80 days after delivery before deciding, and guarantee requests must be submitted no later than Day 90. No physical return is required. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the complete terms.
We chose 90 days for a reason. A product meant to become part of a long-term routine deserves more than a rushed two-week trial. We want you to have enough time to decide whether Elere belongs in yours.
